Building Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out technical maintenance tasks of buildings and building groups operated by L-Build Ltd.
- Carrying out maintenance and repair tasks, including the maintenance of mechanical equipment, structural and electrical repairs
- Performing other technical tasks, furniture repairs, water and sewage system repairs, maintenance
- Active participation in physical works
Requirements:
- 2-3 years construction experience (basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, cold and hot tiling, carpentry, welding preferred)
- secondary education
- basic computer skills
- knowledge of tools, machines and materials
- ability to work independently
- team player attitude
- good controllability
- flexibility
An advantage, but not a requirement:
- Category B driving licence
- experience in building management
