Electrical general construction
The main activity of our group is the general electrical construction of buildings and structures. We install and install on site electrical systems on all buildings and other structures, as well as electrical building automation. Our activities range from the supply of electrical energy to buildings, through its distribution to its use. We are involved in the construction of high and weak current systems (fire and safety, access, information networks) throughout the country, as well as maintenance and fault repair.
Building engineering
The building services are responsible for providing the building’s users with comfort, drinking water, waste water drainage, the right temperature, and air of the right quality and parameters. Nowadays, building services systems would be unthinkable without building electricity and system automation. Our solutions, created by our experienced specialists, with integrated complex heating, ventilation, gas, water and sewerage technology – do the job unnoticed. The result of our completed work is to provide the people who use our buildings with comfort features that meet the requirements of our time.
Engineering services
Within the framework of the engineering service, the client shall, in the framework of the mandate given to the engineer, fully define the requirements and conditions of the installation and, if necessary, modify the financial coverage envisaged for its realisation, including the construction costs and other costs.
Facility management and maintenance
In 2021, L-Build Ltd. began dealing with building operation and maintenance in its new division, under the name L-FM Building Operation and Maintenance Ltd. Colleagues with decades of experience immediately arrived with two assignments that justified outsourcing the activity separately – but closely related to the L-Group Group.
